ARIES 21 March
– 19 April
Go get ‘em partner! You’re on a roll here, so take the initiative
and trust your ideas that will come thick and fast. But do check in with
peers to ensure you’re not too way out for others. You could easily
slip into being too demanding and bossy without realizing, because your
enthusiasm for the new is so strong. A good leader leads from the front,
but always takes her/his team with them. You are running in the fast lane,
but not everyone can keep up that pace and may attempt to slow you down
or even obstruct you if they perceive you as too challenging. Authority
figures or conservative bosses may attempt to keep you in a place of disempowerment.
Your innovative streak can be just too threatening for some. Temper your
passion for action with grace and learn some diplomacy.

TAURUS
20 April – 20 May
The first part of your year is a time of brainstorming and planning. Try
to take as much “time out” as you can, but make any holiday
as active as possible to keep the creative juices bubbling. Your health
needs nurturing and it’s time to change some habits in your nutrition
and exercise patterns. Your daily routines or work systems will require
you to make substantial changes, especially on the domestic front. Trust
your own intuition to get this started, but working with other people
enables you to maintain your momentum. Once Jupiter moves into your sign
in June you will experience a sense of well-being and even joy. Expect
greater productivity at work and at home, as well as a sense of reaping
rewards for previous efforts. It’s so much easier to attract what
you need and enjoy what you have. Watch that weight though!

21 May - 21 June
Children and young people feature large but keep your responsibilities
to them within reasonable boundaries. Think – and then act - on
plans for your own personal future. Get creative about what’s possible
to achieve in the longer-term and you’ll be surprised when it materializes
sooner and quicker than you dreamed possible. Break out of old moulds
that friends have boxed you into. But use your friends and networks to
activate the opportunities that they bring in for you. Resources you have
relied on in the past may be shaken up or even disappear, but think forward,
not backwards. Use your clever, resourceful intelligence to take the initiative,
rather than banking on traditional systems. Be practical about any spiritual
work and make it count in the “real” world.

22 June - 22 July
There may be restrictions in the home or domestic arena that won’t
go away without some hard work and tough love. The requirements of your
career and home life may clash with resulting tension and feelings of being
torn apart. Be proactive rather than reactive. Try to keep demands of a
partner or even the public, from interfering too much with your drive to
achieve in the world. After your birthday, it becomes easier to find a working
balance in your life and to organise a shipshape workplace with well-defined
plans or systems in place. Invest money into your future and honour your
humanitarian goals. This year you can really make a difference both for
yourself but also significantly for others, in ways that will reverberate
into the future. Your convictions inspire others, so stretch yourself beyond
old limiting habits.

Breakthroughs or breakdowns – it’s all happening. You’re
the calm in the eye of the storm. Exercise your leadership and steer your
ship into new waters. The excitement of discovery is contagious. Truth
comes in many forms and sharing with a variety of new people will be intensely
stimulating. Travel is virtually compulsory this year but if you’re
not intending to, then get some invigorating armchair travel vis a vis
books, study or higher education. Breaking out of old paradigms of thought
or ideology is essential for your mental and emotional well -being. Opportunities
in your professional life will be pushed into the forefront once the year
develops. Travel for your vocation, work at growing your mind and you
won’t look back as you sail into a Brave New World!

23 August - 22 September
You are reliant on others’ resources and even money to a large extent
to achieve your dreams. However that is not a bad thing, as you are likely
to be catapulted beyond what you thought possible if you join forces –
and all parties benefit. Let that roving imagination wander into unexplored
territory and put your money where your ideas are. The heat is on so take
every opportunity to show your true colours and true grit. Travel is likely
and if you are in education or law – get out there and publish or
distribute your ideas as far afield as you can. It’s you who knows
what counts and if someone is playing your song, - get up and dance with
them. You will be attracted to arty creatives, but beware of being ripped
off by unreliable or shifty characters.

Still ploughing through these saturnine times, but it should be getting
easier as you are adjusting to new responsibilities and finding a better
working balance in your daily life. Family is a strong focus no doubt
and requires effort. Discipline and commitment has its own rewards so
trust in your hidden resources and moral courage to see you through any
rocky times. The tide is turning in your favour so confidently surf the
waves of change, even if at times you feel a little washed up. You are
attracting different kinds of relationships that are liberating you from
old patterns. Expect assertive responses from partners, but do not under
any circumstances become a doormat. Make whoopee when you can and make
lemonade with any lemons. Give romance a fighting chance.

24 October - 22 November
Your daily routines and the workplace are where you can make the most
effective change. Smashing through old barriers of thinking, setting new
goals and your ability to make fast moves makes you a very competitive
player. Try not to make the mistake of always slipping into combative
modes of communicating with workmates or employees. ‘One way or
the highway’ is not always the best or most innovative solution.
Work with the greater good of the group in mind and the quick fix will
pop up like magic. Your influence reaches further than you realize and
your willingness to do what it takes will not go unnoticed. Align your
personal goals with others of like mind. One for all and all for one really
can achieve miracles.

Give ‘em heaps and do it your way. Boost your confidence and ensure
your physical and emotional health by getting out and about. Fit and feisty
you are a power to be reckoned with. You may well rue impulse spending
so be cautious with financial dealings. But this doesn’t mean you
have to curb your free spirit – the best things in life are free
and you are in a prime position to understand and practice this. Travel
is a must and may well feel like a rite of passage. Give generously of
yourself especially within the context of conferences, networking and
group activities. These are fine affairs yet also demanding. Their outcomes
bring deep and satisfying rewards well into the future. Renew your vows
to your nearest and dearest.

22 December - 19January
Whatever you do, don’t let denial, blame, guilt or doubt prevent
you from exercising your freedom of choice. Especially where close family
is concerned. If partners grizzle, pay attention to the feeling behind
the words and clearly spell out what you are on about. If you feel stuck
between a rock and a hard place in family versus career issues , ask who
is pulling whose weight? Controversy about fairness and equity won’t
go away by itself. If you’re asked to take a stand, maintain the
moral high ground while you work on the deeper core stuff. Later in the
year, you will feel much more in your element – emotionally secure
and able to relax and enjoy the good times with more equilibrium. Your
business acumen shines through –although this is not a year to take
large financial risks.

20 January - 18 February
Speaking your truth may well find you flying into the face of convention.
Your impulse is to jump in boots and all. However be aware of what fights
you’re picking – and why. You’ve got what it takes to
market your ideas, but it is so easy to slip into a propaganda war where
words are weapons. Argument is healthy but so is conflict resolution.
Certainly you will create a stir and a high profile is yours whether you
want it or not. Take care not to over-react or burn out with so much intensity
and drama happening. Communication breakthroughs and brilliant insights
get you cracking to clear out skeletons in the family closet. The second
part of the year is great for sweeping clean old cobwebs cluttering your
past and seeking closure on old family hurts.

PISCES
19 February - 20March
This is a creative climate to better position yourself financially and
to maximize your talents. Trust your creative ideas and if you have the
opportunity to become more entrepreneurial, go for it. If you’re
willing to pay the price, you can fly high. This is a year of once-in-a-lifetime
opportunities, but there will be no turning back if you do put yourself
on the line. Convincing others to support you with their resources will
take effort but where there’s a will there is certainly the way.
Get very real about contracts and human nature. You may be surprised at
the strength of reaction your words provoke in others, but trust in yourself
and your powers of persuasion. Your dreams for the future are your greatest
power.
